Tasting menu of Pielinen fish

In the Pielinen Kalan Tasting Menu, we have assembled Luonnonkala (Natural Fish), made from sturgeon, Wild Fish in water and oil, processed from vendace, Arkikala, with just the right amount of herring and vendace, our classic Savumuikuiku (Smoked Fish), and Kirjolochen and Savukirjolochen (Smoked Salmon), made from Finnish rainbow trout. And while there was still room in the pack, we dropped another canned Luonnonkala into the top eight. Here’s a fish to taste on its own, with a potato, on bread or with pizza, salad or pasta.
