Payment methods and delivery terms
We offer Klarna Checkout service, where you can choose to pay by invoice, batch, card or direct payment.
By submitting your details at checkout, you agree to Klarna’s terms and conditions. By ordering from our shop you accept the terms and conditions of Pielisen Kala Oy.
Klarna Checkout will display certain information immediately after authentication. The information you provide for authentication varies depending on the purchase and the customer. The credit check is never done directly in Klarna Checkout but as needed depending on the payment method.
Once authentication is completed, Klarna Checkout will show you which payment methods are available. We prefer card payment, but you are of course free to choose any other method, such as invoice or direct debit. The options available to you may vary from one occasion to the next. If you wish, you can protect your use of Klarna Checkout with a PIN code.

Klarna Checkout allows you to securely complete your purchase, whether you pay by credit card, online banking, instalment or invoice.
Paying by invoice
Klarna will send you a link to the invoice for your purchase via a separate email. Paying by Klarna invoice is safe and easy.
The invoice must be paid within 30 days of the invoice date. If payment is not made, an additional EUR 5 will be charged for the reminder and interest will be charged according to the Finnish Interest Act. At the time of payment, a credit check will be carried out and a credit report may be requested. You will then receive a copy of your credit report by post. Personal data will be processed in accordance with the legislation in force.
When the payment method is an invoice, Klarna will carry out a standard credit check at the time of the order. If Klarna does not approve your credit application, you will not receive credit and will be advised to choose another payment method. Klarna uses personal data for customer analysis, personal identification, credit checking and marketing. When contacting Klarna, the customer number used is the personal identification number.
The product has a 14-day right of return, during which Klarna will refund your payment.
Your order or contact request will be processed within 1-3 working days.
Delivery time is usually 1-4 working days.
Freight charges are automatically added to the order in the online shop. Freight charges will be charged to the customer for all orders.
The products will be sent to the nearest Schenker pick-up point. The order can be picked up within approximately 1-4 days. When your order is available for pick-up, you will be notified by SMS. The shipment will be stored for up to 7 days.
The customer’s identity will be checked upon delivery of the product. If the product is picked up by someone other than the customer who ordered the product, the person picking up the product must have a power of attorney.
Products are delivered to Finland, Åland, the EU and non-EU countries with country-specific freight and customs clearance charges.
